McDonald's in Arkansas

"Food is good. Coffee is hot but the service is very slow. I went inside to order take out to go because the drivethru was so backed up and it took a long time. I ordered on the touchscreen they have and paid at it as well but the printer for the receipt was out so when I went to the counter they were gonna make me order again. I said no I already paid. I wont be paying twice. They found the order. Also the latte I ordered is lukewarm at best. Husband says the coffee is hot though. And the food was hot fresh and good"

"I was in Warren for two weeks. I visit the town a few times a year. Last year I swore I wouldn't eat there again from a number of bad experiences. After several trips to this Mcdonald's this year, I have to say they have done a 180. The line may be long but moves quickly. Some staff smiles and is friendly and some don't, but they get the job done effeciently. Management has done a great job and the staff seems to work as a team. Good job and keep it up."

"Food was fine, staff yelled at my near deaf mother for standing near the closed register, who yelled back, it's closed what does it matter my back hurts. I apologized to the woman but she spit in my mother's coffee, I tried to tell someone but they were so busy we just left."

"Fast food orders come out of the kitchen area quickly. The drive through parking lot is always slammed with costumers but yet it doesn't take no time to get through the line. Going inside to order is best if you really are in a hurry. Hardly no one inside makes it easier for me to it and go."

"For a fast food restaurant this Mcdonalds is great. Thet keep the same employees which helps customer satisfaction. My food is always fresh and Im always greeted with a smile. Ive beeb eating here for the better part of a year and Ive had one order made wrong and it was an easy mistake to make. The bad reviews on here seem very unjust to me."
